Coconut Ice Cream

The Medium One's pre-k class will be working on the letter I next week.  You know what 'I' stands for, don't you?  ICE CREAM!  They will be making ice cream in zip lock bags.  The real recipe calls for 1/2 cup milk, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla.  That's it!  We can't do real milk though, so her teacher gave me the instruction sheet to try out at home.  We just used canned coconut milk in place of the real milk.  (We also used two different sizes of plastic bowls because someone doesn't have enough baggies in all the right sizes for ice cream making.)  


VERDICT:
This stuff is GOOD!  Even to me.  And I almost never like her fake foods.  I highly recommend coconut milk ice cream.  YUM!!!
